Delivery Working Hours : 14:00 – 22:00 (Every Day)
Note: Extra delivery charges will be applied for emergency deliveries. (Including out of delivery working hours)
Before sending the order, the driver contacts the phone number specified in the order form to confirm the delivery. If our drivers can’t reach the customer for confirmation the delivery time may will cause late.
In the absence of any item in the order, or in some cases where we are unable to delivery on time, the operator contacts the client at the specified phone number to agree on a replacement and delivery time, if possible, and confirm delivery.
Free Delivery – for all orders of total amount 200 AED+
Delivery Fee – additional 50 AED for all orders below 200 AED
Same Day Delivery – All goods ordered before 12:00 will be delivered same day
Next Day Delivery – All good ordered after 12:00 will be delivered next day
